A small consulting practice and a quiet holding company.
Ectivi is based in Anacortes, Washington, and led by Kimberly Munoz. The work is steady, hands-on, and built on twenty years of operating experience inside complex businesses — now extended to production agentic AI on Google Cloud.
Kimberly Munoz is Ectivi's principal. She runs the client relationship and the engagement, drawing on a small bench of specialists across agentic AI, cloud engineering, data, and program delivery. Clients work with Kim directly; she pulls in the right depth behind the scenes.
Kim is also the founder of Ectivi Practice Partners, the healthcare-vertical extension of the practice. She holds a Bachelor of Arts from Dartmouth College and a Master of Education in Technology, and brings an educator's communication style to every engagement: clear, jargon-free, and committed to leaving every team more capable than she found them.
Ectivi's core competency comes from a background as end users and managers of information — not as outside observers. The team has worked across mechanical engineering, reliability engineering, maintenance and turnaround management, health, safety and emergency response, engineering management, information management and data engineering, and — most recently — the design and engineering of production agentic AI systems on Google Cloud.
That experience shapes how engagements run. We focus on a business's core work processes, how their information supports those processes, how the teams interact with the information, and how to streamline the workflows so the people doing the work get to spend their time on the work.
The pace is unhurried. The output is real. Ectivi delivers completed solutions, not reports.
